By accessing or using the services provided by Elapp Digital ("us," "we," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Description:

Elapp Digital offers a range of online services to clients. The specifics of the services, pricing, and any guarantees will be outlined in separate agreements or proposals.

3. User Conduct:

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms of Service. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs our services or their functionality.

4. Payment and Billing:

For services that require payment, you agree to pay the fees as outlined in the agreements or proposals provided by Elapp Digital. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property:

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Elapp Digital remain the property of Elapp Digital. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for the purpose of receiving our services.

6. Privacy Policy:

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

7. Limitation of Liability:

Elapp Digital will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to our services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms:

Elapp Digital may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Additional Terms:

In addition to the above terms, the following additional terms apply to specific services provided by Elapp Digital:

• Any changes to the project schedule may result in additional charges 
• The Client cannot change the storyboard/concept once it is locked without incurring additional costs.
• Crew hours are limited to 6 hours per day, with extra hours incurring additional fees
• A purchase order (PO) is required before the shoot, and initial payment must be made to start the project
• Editing includes up to 2 drafts; additional drafts will incur charges.
• Outdoor filming permits are not included in the quote.
• Cancellation charges apply if the project is canceled by the Client.
• Initial data or scripts must be provided by the Client for teleprompter shoots.
• For animation, all content material must be provided before the shoot.
• Reference requirements for editing images must be specified.
